Hello ,

I am looking for some one who can help me with this problem .

I have a online store in wordpress , and i would like to add and extra fee charge depending of the way of payment and on where is based the customer.

Example:

- Customer want to pay with bank transfer and is from UE , them no extra fee .

- Customer want to pay with bank transfer and is not from UE , them extra fee of 20 euro.

- Customer want to pay with some online transfer money , lets say PayP*** , and an extra feed is added depending of his location.
