I've been working with GPS systems for the last four, and one half years exclusively, and have worked with Traccar many times. I figure about 2 hours to locate the issue, fix it, and let it run for a day or so for testing. Is the problem with one device or device type, or is it all the devices? Aside from the device location tracking Is the rest of the system working properly?
