MICROSOFT ACCESS 2016 INTEGRATION WITH WEB FORMS

We want to find a means for customers to input their data though either email or some online database that perfectly works with constant contact or google docs.

We were hoping to find a pre-built application that would allow us to import a couple forms in to access without having to jump though to many hula hoops or having to design and create a custom piece.
