Write a software to sync wordpress installations

Need an exe software that does the following:

1. Asks what is the source installation folder

2. Ask for source http link

3. Asks what is the source db

4. Asks for source db connection settings - db host, username, password and db name

5. Ask for destination installation folder

6. Ask for destination http link

7. Asks what is the destination db

8. Asks for destination db connection settings - db host, username, password and db name

9. Ask for destination ftp connection settings

10. Ask for sync frequency (every month certain day and time, every week certain day of the week and time, everyday at a certain hour, every hour)

11. Ask if program will run on startup

Program will replace destination files with source files

Program will replace destination database contents with source database contents

Program will check destination database at the end and replace all links that have the source folder link (2) with the destination folder link (6)
