Hello, I can write a script you need to backup a website with. I can meet your requirements about performance, so the partial upload to S3 will not slow down a website. For example, reduce the load on the network by using a limit upload speed, constrol the memory usage and etc. That depends on the server want to run script on. I also can implement some additional features related to realiability or convenience.
