I have a bunch of html inside a .txt file. I am looking for someone to code a PHP system that can scrape the data and save it as a CSV. I am running XAMPP so I can host the completed file when it is done. First I would visit the page on my local server in a browser. Then I would press a button ont he page called "select file". Once I select the .txt file I will then click button called "Process", and it would scrape the html from the .txt file and download a .csv file automatically. Get the Name, Title, TitleLine, Location, and URL. Send me a message and I can get you sample data to test.
