Write an iPhone rapid prototype app using ios PUSHKIT

Create a very simple test ios app which uses PUSHKIT , voip notifications in a development setting. The demo app needs to be able to receive voip notification and execute custom code to perform a specific task such as downloading/playing audio content. You mush provide the mechanism to initiate the notifications to app as well. The app must work in fg/bg and upon device power cycle. Sample code will be provided as a starting point.
