Write an Android Parental Control

Requirements - Must be compatible with Android 4+ - Must be compatible with popular phones like Samsung, LG, Motorola, etc - Must be of a very small size so the user can download the APK easily - Must use Proguard to encrypt the source code - Must be able to hide itself from app list (by setting the app as device admin) - Must send all collected data to an API (http/https) server via POST/JSON. When sending the data, must use a unique key like IMEI. - Must be battery efficient - Must be multi-language (you just need to provide the english language pack, we'll translate and add more languages as necessary). - The user will be able to see all collected data from a web panel, so keep in mind that the data is going to be stored online for future use. - When the user open the app for the first time, it must offer a 15 day trial and after that they must pay to use. Which in this case, there must be a way for the user to request a key after the trial is expired. The user must also register an email and password for the online panel. Compatibility with Play Store is not a requirement as the user will normally download the APK and install manually.
