Wordpress Websocket Widget Fix

Hello everyone, I have a wordpress site with wp-rentals plugin and a custom widget. This Widget can help owners and tenants of "smart" properties, call for technitian breakfast etc, and also control the power line or the water supply of the house. You can turn on and off your powerline from the property page, and put wH limit to turn it off automatically. As seen in the ATTACHED IMAGE, i need some simple fields added on frontpage of the widget and edit-page of the property. The budget is a little restricted but the job should be less than an hour with someone with the knowledge and I will give you a great review if you do it.
