Wordpress Website Restyling

This project is for a Wordpress Website restyling. Please don t apply if you don t have the right skills. In the project discussion I ll send you a complete doc with all the below points better explained. I will not pay nothing in advantage. You have to confirm all the doc's points before have the project awarded. I ll not release the milestone till the website will be fully working. Current problems: The wordpress categories system has been deactivated from the beginning and tags were built with custom fields, cuz of them in the last 3 years we had many problems, for code mistakes, not updatable plugins. Moreover after the last Wordpress Update, the editor is not visible anymore from users/administrator except for the first main admin created in the beginning. FUNCTIONALITY REQUESTS ON THE NEW WEBSITE 1. Maintain Wordpress 2. Create a new responsive template (the template must have an admin panel ) 3. We need a page builder for compose the pages 4. Create a NEW PLUGIN for organize the post with categories and filters, in order to let the user to find immediately what he is looking for 5. Maintain the same URLs for not loose serp positions and backlinks 6. More efficient view of the related articles 7. Advertisings: have the possibility to publish different banners in different pages, right now we are using Double Click, and all the banners are the same in all the pages 8. Think about a solution for the advertising on mobile view 9. Integrate a Plugin for a dedicated form for ask information for every pages 10. Import the same contents from our website 11. Most of the new website requirements should be integrated in the template and not provided through too many installed plugins 12. We need the possibility to create more than one sidebar on the right side, they should be connected to different pages 13. We must keep the ad skin (the AD skin is the external part of the website, you can see it only by desktop, where the webmaster can publish full screen advertises) Set a background image to be used on a specific category (for boxed layout). 14. Obviously socials and youtube integrations 15. In the homepage, right sidebar, the hotels or b&b owners can upload their offers by them self. 16. Navigation mega menu 17. Enable a featured slider to be shown for a specific category. 18. The right sidebar should be dynamic - if the content is longer the sidebar should hang it. 19. Ability to fix the top menu, or to let appear only to mouse input to return to the top
