[Wordpress] T-shirt woocommerce like Redbubble

We have a t-shirt ecommerce that is already running, and we would like to improve/upgrade.
We´re looking for a marketplace that works similar to redbubble ([login to view URL]), where sellers can sell their products in our website. This part seems to be easier, we expect to use Dokan plugin ([login to view URL]). The main concern we have right now is about upload t-shirt designs in a smart way. I mean, we want to upload the image/design/picture and expect the wordpress to apply this art in all t-shirt variations, like color, size, etc. The closest we reached was WP Configurator ([login to view URL]), but it don´t accept featured image as layer, and you need to setup a new configurator for each product.
Showing our needs in topics (feel free to give your opinion and help us figure out how solve this problem):
- We need a simple way to upload new products (t-shirts), where we just choose product title, description, category and art (featured image). At current state, we need to upload a different image for each color variation and setup one by one in product variations. We expect that to works automatically.
- We need this feature above to be compatible with dokan or any other good marketplace plugin.
- One possible solution is modify WP Configurator plugin. We need to remove their restriction to apply a new configurator for each product, and apply a single configurator for all products. Also we need to develop a way to set featured image as a layer that is always above other layers.
- We still trying to figure out all our needs. So we preffer/expect a freelancer to stick with us in long term.
That´s all for now. We expect all work to be done using good wordpress practices, like child theme or develop a new plugin.
