WordPress plugin with basic list/edit-options

I want a ready-to-install and working template plugin that I can use for different similar projects. It will have very easy list/edit/add-functionality and I will describe the details below. PS: Auto-submitted bids with no relevance to the project will be ignored. For instance, it doesn't help me if you have 100 year of webdesign-experience when I need a plugin-expert. Also, any bids over the max bid is ignored. So mention your experience with plugin-dev in WP and even better show some code-style (function-oriented) to get better chance. Coding style should be function-oriented (where possible) instead of the usual object-orientation. With comments/documentation on each section of the code. Please make the code easy to read and understand, with few files. Don't copy from someone else. On start/init, create tables in database with a version-indicator somehow. I will need the db for most use, so no custom post or other re-use of existing database. Database-layout you should implement in the template-plugin: table item: item_id, item_name, item_description, item_created, item_updated, item_cat_id table category: cat_id, cat_name, cat_description, cat_created, cat_updated table departm: dep_id, dep_name, dep_description, dep_created, dep_updated Assume plain varchar-255 field except for _id, item_cat_id and _created/_updated fields that are int. You do not need to do any input validation (just assume it is safe) for updating the db, but make it easy to see the different fields. In admin-area, the following menu options or actions should be possible: - (list) All items (classic bootstrap-table-list with edit/delete) - (list) All categories (classic bootstrap-table-list with edit/delete) - (list) All departments (classic bootstrap-table-list with edit/delete) - Settings (just one setting, with saving to demonstrate option-api) - Add new item - Add new category - Add new department Access on frontend by one shortcode that will be replaced with a list of items (same list as 1). No styling, just a normal html-table. Same in admin-area, no styling, just the default wordpress-styling. As you see, the forms would be only normalt input type=text and the listing just dumps/tabular of data. Functionality and look will be very similar to how Users are implemented in WordPress admin-area: All users, add users.. Same bootstrap table and menu-options.
