Design a webpage and process for collecting customer reviews easily for our Wordpress website http://amertexroofing.com. We want the process to be easy for our customers to answer as simple online form on our website that will capture their experience using our companies services. This feedback needs to be able to be controlled by us prior to being published but then once collected we want to be able to easily display the information on some of our web pages on the side as well as dedicating a full page to the referral information. We want them to be able to provide stars for the referral information as well as pictures if necessary. We would also like an easy way to grab existing reviews from Facebook, Angies List, or others to include in the website or vise versa.
