Wordpress Custom Player Fixing

we have a problem with one of our theme. there are two players on the website. one of them is near to the slider one of them is hidden at bottom, there is an arrow right bottom of the website to able to see click it website is: [login to view URL]
both players supposed to be working fine and they are gonna use it for live radio station. there is a shoutcast server [login to view URL]
but if you check the web site you can see those players are not working somehow
sometimes they are working fine sometimes they are not and we have max 1 hour left to fix this!!!
if you want you can use the same layout but change the codes.
