Whitelist a domain for Adsense

Can you whitelist a website for Adsense? We bought a domain not knowing it was already blacklisted for monetization. We noticed this after linking it with our Adsense account, we never got Ads! (4 months have passed). We tried reaching Google without avail. If you know how to fix this, I will be glad to hire you.
Notes: The Adsense account is verified and working.
The site is verified on the Adsense site manager, still it won't show Ads.
