Here are the list of task needed to be done: - Refactoring the codes to achieve at least 80-95% uniqueness - Adding about 5-7 new type of element blocks - Adding a frontend editor - Implement a completely new design (from provided PSD) - Adding custom themes Before applying, make sure of the following: - We need a dedicated team of at least 3 developers who can work harmoniously with me to complete this project within the allotted time - Full commitment to delivery (not just interested only in getting paid). You might have to work long hours - The team must have a well-versed experience with WP and should preferably have built a number of complex plugins - Responsive and must attend to task at a moment notice with little to no company bureaucracy. I use Skype for communication; the team most be ready to respond to messages instantly (at worse, within a few minutes). In other words, communication should be fast. - The project is quite big and we have till the end of this month to complete it.
