I am an expert PHP Developer and I have really good knowledge in OpenCart. In your case I can upgrade the Opencart version but if the extensions are not compatible with the version of OpenCart, you may have to purchase those extensions or I can fix those but It'll take extra money and time. I have really good experience with OpenCart Extensions all of them has some kind of version problem.
