Hi,
I need someone to be able to build a form note generator and I have a home made script that need to be able to make 10 change into it.
1- When we finish to create a client I would like to stay into the we just created.
2- We need a plus to be able to add another person into the file, like a wife
3- We need to have the date of birth related to the person
4- We need to be able to add phone number, with a small plus too
5- We need to collapse the information from [login to view URL] the file does not look so long.

9- Into the client file we need to show the date of birth of the client and the wife if we

10- Into the box to the right, we need to add a field at the end, call: Facturation, the
information of that field can be add when we clic on the link of a policy.
