Symfony2 development

Hello, I'm hiring a PHP Symfony 2 developper to create web application. The application is big, and I will probably hire multiple candidates, and we will work using Github and Twitter Bootstrap themes : - Front : [login to view URL] - Back : [login to view URL] I'm a web developper, and I used to work on Laravel. I'm pretty new to Symfony, so I need to find people who can help me speed up this project. This is an ongoing position, as I will have many other upcoming projects. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE : - Write beginner friendly, clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements with little or no supervision. I ask for "beginner friendly" code because I'm pretty new to Symfony 2. - Have strong communication skills, proficient with English, and confortable speaking on Skype (good internet connection required). - Required programming languages : PHP (Symfony), HTML, Javascript (Jquery), CSS (Bootstrap) - Knows UML and MVC QUESTIONS : If you want me to really considerate your application, please answer the questions below : 1. Do you have any open source project ? Please provide links. 2. References : What other startups have you worked with ? How can I contact them ? 3. I made a database model here : [login to view URL] Can you tell me briefly how you would build the MySQL database using this relational model (tables, relationships, etc.) ? 4. I want to build a simple application in Symfony. I want to allow customers to buy sample products, using the previous uml model. How would you do this using MVC architecture and Symfony (routing, controllers, models, views) ? 5. I want to make keep a versionned version of the database schema and data on Git and Github with Symfony. In your opinion, what is the best way to do it to avoid merging conflicts (if we work together) ? 6. Using Github, and building an application with 10 functionnalities (pages management, users management, articles management), what would be a good process to work together (with git branches and commits) ? And how would you deploy the application on a production server ? 7. Can you explain briefly what is the Dependency Injection Container in Symfony ? In which case would it be useful ? 8.
