Speed up my Wordpress website - help optimizing images please

I just tested your url www.bundeenakayaks.com.au. Yes it is bit slow. I know some tricks to get some improvement. I use google inshit , pingdom tool. pingdom shows actual issues of slowness. If can give me couple of days to work then I can do something. Current loading time 17.54 s

Hello, Well, plugins actually makes the website heavy, we basically avoid using plugin. Rather, we manually optimise images, so whenever you upload images you have to use compressed image. No matter how many number of images you are using in the website, it will not slow down the site. Besides, I will check with other recommendations too. Its not complex but a time consuming task.
