Solving API Btc auto payment plus a few change

Hello, Job: Correcting bitcoin API auto payment and a few change. I have a doubler script for bitcoin which works with [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] API. Users should write their bitcoin address to receive money and an amount and click double and they will pay through paymentbox that I got from [login to view URL] and next payment will be placed in database and interface. I can define doubling plan daily or hourly in config. I want to completely change it to hourly. But the problem is script does not send any amount to users btc address. It has guide that how change daily plan to hourly, I did but even in daily it does not send payment to user. I want someone to correct it and solve this issue and also making hourly payment plan for this script that works perfect and correct codes. for example 2% hourly for 100 hours or .... 200% after 96 hours (adjustable). Of course we only set one type of plan for website. Changing API to another API provider is free of choice of programmer. In the table of players we should have the next payout live count-down. Then if plan is for example 2% hourly for 100 hours, script should pay 2% of deposited amount to the user. Doubling plan should be started after 3 confirmation. Before this, status should be "waiting 3 confirmation" this number should be adjustable in config. Script has design, [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] API and I tested it on a host and was successful for deposit but no for auto payment. Job is clear and should get done as fast as possible. If I do this project, will start a new script with the same programmer.
