Software that collects data from windows server printer spooler and saves it to database -- 2

I need a program that does the following: Collect data from the installed printers similar to "Papercut printlogger free" You can download it here: [login to view URL] but this program just creates CSV files. I want this program to save the same data in a mysql database. Program should have a simple install that installs apache and mysql. Program preferably written in c#. Mention 'banana' in your offer so we know that you have read everything. We will create the php to show the database information so this is not part of the project.
