I would like a program designed that will allow a user to connect to a website using multiple accounts. Each account must be connect on a different ip address to the other accounts, this is crucial. I would like this to be web based so that the user can use the program/website when they are mobile. I do not have any links to VPN's set up so I would expect you to provide these.
