Quote to Customise www.findmybiz.com. Quote TIME and Cost Please

I have purchased yellowpages software from [url removed, login to view] and my site name is www.findmybiz.com.

I was paying them to customize it but they have taken over 2 months and it is a long way from being finished.

They failed to build the site to my written description and my examples.

I have built a simple version of the site using a wysiwyg website builder to try to show you how I want the site to look, work and function. [url removed, login to view]

I have put developer notes in yellow boxes to explain some ideas.

I have attached my written description of the site.

I have a List of Countries,States, and Cities in excel format that I would like loaded for the country, and city selections on search pages and on registration page and edit pages

I have an excel spreadsheet with approx 85000 listings that will need to be loaded so the site has listings in many countries and cities from day 1.

I do not like the current category list, so I will have to build a better list that will need to be loaded.

Money will be deposited into escrow at the time a quote is accepted but no money will be paid until the job is completed, on my server and bug free.

I am very tired of people who quote a time and a price then want to change things later because they did not read the specs properly.
