Hi. I made a password manager in the past, but in that case I used python. I understand you want a desktop application? If you wish to web client for this it is absolutly possible too. I should write the information on a file with encrypted content. The user password should be the secret key, not only to login, also for encrypting and decrypting the file content. It would be necesary to do it this way, for avoid letting the password to be stored decrypted on any place. I would decrypt the file with the secret key, then search for a special field with the password stored, and then compare. If this process fails, then it is assumed that the password is not correct. Other approach would be to use a database instead of a file. Anyway, I am able to solve it in a couple of hours. I a very interested on the project, and I will be absolutly responsible with what we agree on, and with good practice practices, and comments on the code. Regards.
