I need to set-up a bulk email server. I need the following.

1. Someone who is very experienced with Bulk Email and Delivery.

2. Rotate 12 ips setup with DKIM and SPF records for 3 domains.

3. Install/ Setup Interspire mailing platform

4. Set-Up feedback Loops

5. I will like to use a VPS server.
