Sectors and cities improvements

#1 In edit ad, there is sector parent, sector child, city and full address. A new database table, the structure contains 1 ID sector, 1 ID city and 1 status priority. A sector can contains multiples cities so multiple lines in database. We will provide the datas. So we need when someone choose in the dropdown sector, that the dropdown city change. About the status priority, we need the possibility to put 1 on some fields so in the list, if one of field is status priority 1, it's selected automatic.
