I need a scraper to scraper all objects from a real estate homepage on a daily basis and import the informations in a mysql database. It has to be made in PHP with no or just a tiny framework.
Why do I need that?
I am a real estate investor and I want to see the market price for new objects and objects which are deactivated, which means they are sold.
I need a daily report:
- Which object is new today (you see it on the object-id)
- Which object is not there anymore, which means it is sold
