I'm sorry to say, but this isn't a 30 USD project. The first part, the web scraping part, is doable for 50 USD, but the API is something that'll take more time. I don't want to bid one amount and ask for another, so I'm being up front with you. Also, the API part of the project is a bit unclear, could you provide some more context for that? I have done web scraping projects before that involved scraping tweets from twitter. I did them in Python and Selenium with BeautifulSoup 4.
