revamp of a Django-python based website

Hi there, My website [login to view URL] is a online dating site for LGBTQI+ South Asian communities. The website is slowly gaining ground and we are ready for the next phase of an update and marketing. So What I am looking for is this: 1) The website database to be moved from SQlite3 to postgres maybe which also available on [login to view URL] 2) For instant messaging, we are using django-postman which only lets you do very basic messaging, we now want to go advanced, we want users to be able to share pictures, favorite each other or block each other, for us to be able to block sharing numbers/emails etc in a message so that the website is used more for messaging,We also want to make the website faster and user friendly and have a modern dating site look. Please refer to [login to view URL] for ideas! 3) We would like to either add geospatial features such as to check where people are and show distance or algorithms to find a perfect match, or both we need ideas but only for PAID members 4) We would also like to add limits of 5 messages per month for free members, unlimited messages for paying members including a payment gateway 5) The website already has a feeling of PWA but not quite there, for example we want profiles to show as together on mobile, like next to each other, so PWA features have to be enhanced 6) We have a posts page where we would like it to be made a proper forums page where people can discuss LGBTQI+ issues again not sharing mobiles numbers and emails 7) We want profiles to be able to add more than one picture, to almost 5-6 pictures and switch between profile photos 8) We also want a page for merchandise and a payment gateway where people can buy say shirts from rainbowsaathi and other designs This really requires who has advanced knowledge of Django, I already myself have intermediate knowledge and the reason why I want to use Django is because of the fact that I have some knowledge. We are happy to pay the right person some price but if our website will do well it will be an ongoing project.
