We require an expert website developer to design and develop a comprehensive website for a company. The company's business is foreign exchange bureau de change and also in real estate, so the website should have that theme. We want the developer to also have parallax feature in mind. We do not mind any technology but preferably WordPress but we are flexible. The Content Management area should be simple to manage so as to edit content of the website easily. preferably provide a video on how to use the CMS would be appreciated. The website should also be mobile compatible.
