Redesign of Sentrifugo HRMS Appraisal module

Area – Appraisal - Because we use a KPI system, the appraisal parameters must carry weightages which the questions created under them must cumulate to, before its used in the scale calculations, currently Sentrifugo only has questions, and the rating scales which means that all questions carry the same points.  We want to insert an option so that questions can be weighted based on their parameter weitage so that when you choose 5 questions and give them various sub weightages based on its parameter weitaige, the total must equal the total parameter weightage and then that is used in calculating the rating. Example – I have selected 4 KPI parameters for a particular business unit as follows; I have a Parameter called KPI-Financial Processes with a Weitage of 50% I have another parameter called KPI-Customer Care with a weightage of 30% I have another parameter called KPI-Internal Processes with a weightage of 10% And another parameter called KPI-Developmental with a weightage of 10% The total KPI's selected for this business unit area is equal to 100% Then I have questions under each KPI parameter KPI Financial Processes - Questions 1 to 10 = to total 50% KPI Customer Care – Questions 1 to 4 = to total 30% KPI Internal Processes – 5 Questions = to total 10% KPI Developmental – 3 Questions Aside this we have some specific changes to do with leave, and payslip generation. we need to finish this project before the month end. so please bid only if you can achieve it.
