Program that buys cryptocurrency using API on an exchange site if tweet contains a name of cryptocurrency

The program should do this:
1. Every x seconds scan if there is a new tweet from specified person on Twitter (for ex. [login to view URL] )
2. If there is a new tweet, then compare text of the tweet with a list of cryptocurrency names (in TXT file). If text of the tweet contains a name of any cruptocurrency from the list, then buy x amount of the cryptocurrency it cointains from [login to view URL] using my account. You can find API for that here: [login to view URL]
So if the list contains these cryptocurrencies:
ETH
BTC
LTC
And Elon Musk tweets: „I like ETH", the program should in a few seconds buy x amount of ETH on [login to view URL] and then sell it when the price rises by x % (it should scan the price like every 5 seconds or so..). (It should try to buy ETH/BTC.)
