Product name and description builder

Hello, We are designing manufacturing vehicle decals and livery from cut vinyl. We are producing a range of products and we are looking to create an internal website/application that based on required product range creates product name and description. All of our products are designed for specific vehicle, and part of the name and description must include a vehicle. We have a database of vehicle makes and models and their properties We need to have the ability to add new vehicles as they become available. There are 2 groups of vehicles, cars and commercial vans. Different vehicle specs are required based on the group. For Cars, for example, Audi A6 C7 Saloon Rear Chevrons 2010-present Body Configuration: Estate or Saloon or Hatchback For Vans, for example, Mercedes Sprinter Mk2 (906) NCV3 Standard Roof Full Chevrons 2006-present Swing Doors Roof Hight: Standard or Medium or High Wheel Base: Short or Medium or Long or Extra Long Side Sliding Doors configuration: single or double Rear Doors configuration: Double Doors or Tailgate We have five product types Battenburg Kits Rear chevrons Kits Side Chevron kits Bonnet Chevron Kits Vehicle Templates. Battenburg Kits are divided into Full Battenburg, 3-Quarter Battenburg and Half Battenburg Product name must include Vehicle Model + Generation and model year + Wheel Base + Side Door Configuration + Roof Configuration + Rear Door Configuration + Battenburg type + Material Used Example name Sprinter Mk2 2006 - 2016 Medium Wheel Base Single Sliding Door High Roof Double Doors Full Battenburg 3M To make it bit shorter we are using abbreviations for configurations Sprinter Mk2 2006 - 2016 MWB SD HR DD Full Battenburg 3M Example description would be as follow Full Battenburg Kit, Group M Panel Van/ Mini Bus 3, materials to be used 3M. This kit is designed to fit, Sprinter Mk2 2006 - 2016 Medium Wheel Base Single Sliding Door High Roof Double Doors. Rear Chevrons are divided into Full Chevrons 3-Quarter Chevrons, Half Chevrons Product name must include Vehicle Model + Generation and model year + Roof Configuration + Rear Door Configuration + Chevron Type + Material Used Side Chevrons Product name must include Vehicle Model + Generation and model year + Wheel Base + Side Door Configuration + Material Used Bonnet Chevrons Product name must include Vehicle Model + Generation and model year + Material Used Template Product name must the same information and Battenburg Products We are currently using google sheets to build our names but we looking for something that is easy to use for our employees Please find demo of our rear chevron sheet [login to view URL] would like to name builder to work in following way 1. Select product type 2a. Select vehicle (make, model, year/generation) 2b.
