Problem fix Magento pro (URGENT_)

(see image attached) Moreover, We have an extension called WebPOS,however when we add new customer it required the input of an email and other fields. We need to find a way to make these fields unrequired. Either by auto generating them or giving them a default value, depending on the type of information being input. These fields include: Email,Street,City,Zipcode We also need the field "Phone" to be moved into the main forum instead of having it inside the billing address.(see attached image) I hope this clarifies what we need to be done. need to fix that problems and also for the customization for extension you must know how to open Magento extension ..
