php issues on magento2

my site [login to view URL] is down with the following main errors

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Cannot instantiate interface Magento\Store\Api\StoreRepositoryInterface
Magento_Sales db schema version: defined in codebase - 2.0.11, currently installed - 2.0.7
it all happened when i switched to production mode.
at very start the error was SessionHandler::gc(): ps_files_cleanup_dir: opendir(/var/cpanel/php/sessions/ea-php71) failed: Permission denied (13) in /home/s...../magento/framework/Session/[login to view URL] on line 129 [] []
I tried to solve doing many operations, changing php, disabling all modules, doing many cache flush and compile and reindex several time. The hosting provider adviced me i was running a too much old version of magento (2.2.0) and from installatron they update me to 2.2.11 which i think is good but installatron panel tell me installation wasn't complete but now it seems 2.211
We also get errors in composer
Now the site is on maintenance mode, and before restore a previous backup i'm looking for a php expert who can fix or tell me it is or it isn't fixable
Since ssh putty seems not to work on this server, the tools i have to give is cpanel access and work on terminal. Even admin panel isn't accessible at the moment.
