Hello we need a PDF Form to be made with multiple fallible fields. 1. there will be a field where we will enter an unique number and using that it will populate most of the data from our database using xml/json api. 2. there will be option to attach an image to the form say from galary of phone or camera 3. there will be option to add several other pdf/jpg files as attachment to the file. we will give current application form for design reference. i have multiple requirements for the similar things so quote accordingly.
