Online Inventory Management - Very Basic

I am looking for someone to create a very simple but effective online inventory management system. Currently we are using a spreadsheet to record items going into and out of our warehouse, and this database will replace the spreadsheet.
It is very basic but we want it to look visually attractive. Will provide examples at the end of this description.
This database is:
* Does NOT include POS
* Does NOT include barcodes
* Does NOT include invoice generation
* Does NOT include customer or supplier management (No additional tables)
It simply includes:
* Multiuser - more than one person can make changes at the same time
* Manually add or reduce items received or sent out
* Create report if quantity of items get below a minimum amount
* Have ability to export full list into Excel
Needs to look clean and visually good like the following Inventory System:
