One URL Full Screen .EXE file and URL Hidden

We have one URL address (Admin Panel), Just I want to create one .exe file,
Right now when I open this Panel, it will show our web address on the screen,
So, This Panel will be full screen and will be can't closable with any combination on the keyboard like ALT + F4 and CTRL + ALT + DELETE
The important one is, nobody will see the our web URL. URL will be hidden.
When we go to any pages, it will not show the our URL on anywhere of the screen. (No right click, no show source code)
