I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using PHP.I need a application 1) whenever there is fire in my building the nearest 1 km any mobile come in the range of fire ahould be receiving the sms automatically its for the people who is nearby walking . Or if someone is on car and his RADIO is on the sustem should send a voice messge to his AM OR FM automatically by cutting his radio channel signal and send this messge for that time.u can also put in proposal if this procedure can be achieved by any device or something.
