I need a simple Ticket Management System developed in PHP, bootstrap and MySQL.

I want to build a tikcet managemnet system that will have the users of three types. Admin(Adminstrator of system, can do additional tasks like add, edit, delete user), Admin Girl(will do Data entry to ticket), Appraiser(will do Data entry to ticket).
A Ticket will be generated when a user will submit a form. And That tikcet may go through diffrent stages we need two dashboard(one for new tickets and one for active tickets)that can display multiple stages and corresponding tickets in it. And user should be able to drag and drop ticket from one stage (column) to another.
And on clicking the ticket a sperate screen will show the details of ticket. Each Ticket wil have diffrent data sections, the first section will contain the all details that submitted by the user through form and the other data section will contain some data fileds and file attachments. User should be able to edit the each data sections by clicking on the edit button.
We also need a User login screen and user edit profile screen. User can't Signup by itself instead Admin will add new user though a Add User screen with specified User Type.
