Basically we need a job site with social networking or a social network site with a job section.
we are using 3rd party software/s to keep the cost down.
we are completely ok if you have a social network / job software you are comfortable customizing. If you do not have the software, we will buy and supply software. we do have the [login to view URL] job software and their social networking software which can be integrated into one system for free by webscribble....we need someone to then take those 2 integrated softwares (basically 2 sites sharing one log in) and turn them into one single site....which is what our last developer started to do...but i think the job was to big for him and we had to fire him. Software is PHP with 100% source code.
the design of the site is 100% done (attached) and if you are bidding PLEASE look at the attached mock ups...we need all the features / links in these designs to work with the software. If a certain feature is not quite what is needed, you will need to customize the feature to work with the designs (supplied)
so the project is basically taking the software and merging the job and social network scripts into one single site with one admin area. (if you have a different software that is already integrated...even better as time is against me)
we have been burned 3 times now by companies claiming to be capable to do this...they were not and wasted over 3 months of our time....SO PLEASE do not bid unless you are 100% certain your company can do this.
We have handled over a 1000 sites in the last 10 years and will spot any companies that are not capable of doing the work. (sorry we have been burned by people claiming to be able to do a job, hoping to figure it out if awarded...this has wasted a lot of time and money for us in the past)
