Need a full stack developer to interrogate an I/O card and save into a small MySQL DB

The main part of the project is to compile a CPP program to interrogate an I/O card that is embedded in a Linux server. Below are more detailed requirements: 1. Write a C++ program to capture some data from BlackMagic DeckLink Duo 2 card via API. Sample C++ API call will be provided. - Techincal spec of the card can be found here: [login to view URL] - Data extrapolated should be stored into a MySQL database every a few seconds. - Only keep data from the last 24 hours 2. Create Daemon or PHP web service to read data from the MySQL database and output to a one-page web UI (I will provide the UI in HTML). No creative or CSS needed for the UI. There are other ways to achieve the goal, I am open to your suggestion. Additional information: 1. The embedded card is in a Linux (Ubuntu) computer, the computer will be put between some video playback devices and other equipment. 2. API/SDK document and C++ code sample are provided by the manufacturer. Requirements for the developer: 1. Must be experienced in C++, MySQL, Daemon, PHP 2. The developer should be able to simulate a testing environment for initial testing 3. Effective communication is essential. Once we start the project, the developer should be able to communicate during a minimum 6 hours period a day, which means the developer or I should respond each other's message within 30 minutes during that period of time, not hours without responding. We can discuss and decide a time period that works for both of us. My available hours are between 8:30am – 9:30pm US EST. 4. Be able to work over the weekend. This is a small project. In case we cross over a weekend, we need to continue to work on it until it finish. The project should not cross over 2 weekends, so you will have the following weekends off.
