Need to build a social media presence for a non profit organization

This is for a non profit organization and we want to do better social media presence to spread awareness, increase volunteers, increase donations. We want the social media presence to be in the following forms primarily: email campaign Facebook presence Instagram Twitter We already have a website - We want to improve on it but thats last priority now.
