I am an electrical engineer and I also have a Ph.D. on Development Complex Information System for Electrical Utilities. I am really excited about this job because of my experience in Sql and Delphi, especially 2007 and 2010 versions which I worked with in my Ph.D.'s research. I hope your aplication does not use the .NET framework since Borland-Codegear droped it after 2007. In addition, I also have modelled systems with UML or ER tools. Your problem could be solved if we can make a project and identify specific tasks. In that sense I work both with Scrum and Unified Process.
