Main purpose Al-Anon Family Groups Sweden (AFG) is a not-for- profit organization who helps family and friends that are affected by a near one’s alcohol problems. Al-Anon is a world-wide community, however this application is only applicable to the Swedish organization. In order to keep track of meetings, contact persons and service-representatives, an MS Access based database/application was developed in the 90’s. The system needs to be replaced with a more sophisticated and function-rich application that is web-based. This document contains requirements and specifications for a web-based system that keeps track of groups and meetings. Attached with the requirement specification is a copy of the old systems MS Access database with example content.
