Make fixes to file upload/download on WordPress site

I have a client with a WordPress site who has a plugin for delivering zip files to clients. This plugin has serious issues and needs the following resolved.
A. You will update any plugins or WordPress installs that need updating.
B. Ninja Forms is the plugin for uploading files and has the following issues:
1. When we create a new client, they are supposed to receive a welcome email with their login info. That hasn't been working.
2. When we upload a zip file (which is the only file sharing we do) the client tries to download it and either gets an error when trying to download it, or it downloads for them and there the folder is empty.
3. One issue we had before and haven't noticed lately is when we are uploading a file to share on our end it will pause halfway through and basically freeze up and have to start over. This hasn't been happening recently.
You will receive access to GoDaddy (you must provide an email address to give access to) and the WP admin upon bid acceptance.
