My only rule: If you bid now, you start now until finished. Details: I have a mysql db and I would like a script to be setup, that can monitor for a pattern my site is [login to view URL] Its a site to be able to predict winners or losers of horse racing, based on historical data. Inside of this are the meetings of each race. Example: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Basically I'm using a calculation called handicap. I would like machine learning to be able to predict the success rate for set handicap. Then i will change the handicap figure and run the script again.
