Looking for someone for build a Magento 2 - API connection

Looking for an experienced Magento 2 developer who can help setup an API-connection between our webshop and a supplier it's inventory. What we want to achieve with this connection: New products are added to the assortment -- When the supplier adds a new product to their assortment, it should not immediately appear on the website. We first need to add some data to it, before turning it on. We need to receive a message that new products are added to their assortment. Whenever we are ready, we need to be able to turn them on manually so they appear on our website. These products need to be disabled by default. However, whenever we turn them on as enabled they should appear on the website. Products that got deleted from the assortment -- When a product gets deleted from a CSV file, it needs to be removed from the website. Also, there should be an automatic 301 redirect to the above category, if possible. Product is out of stock -- If a product is out of stock, an “out of stock” notice will appear on our website. Some products we don’t want to have online anymore (manually turning them off) -- There are some products in the assortment that we don’t like. Also, we want to turn off the very cheapest products because we don’t make any money of it. We need to be able to turn them off manually without changing one of the above products to online (when they should be offline)? There are multiple (API) connections that need to be written so we are looking for a long term relationship, preferably with an alround Magento 2 developer.
