1/ Project Based Work – Apps, Websites, Mobility Tools, Portals, Data Warehouses etc (typically 2-6 devs per project) We typically have 1-5 projects per month ranging from 2 weeks – 4months to complete such projects. We need a partner to be able to: · Act in a ‘pre-sales’ capacity whereby we tell you what it is we are trying to achieve for the customer & you tell me how much it will cost to build, how long to build · Provide the team to do the building/dev work to deliver the project. The Sales and UI/UX Design is done by us, then the partner would build/deliver, test and handback to us. 2/ Dedicated team of Developers to build our first SaaS as platform (10-15 people) We need the following people to contribute to building the platform in conjunction with our Software team in Australia. Ideally we need these people all at one firm as we need to limit the relationships we are managing: · Project Manager · Dev Lead · Tech Lead · Devs x 5+ (need skills in Domain driven design, event sourcing, messaging, high level security thinking, mobile, tablet, web experience. Net, JS Angular, C++, event sourcing, messaging, Node) · QA/QC · BA The Architecture & UI/UX Design is done by us, then the partner would deliver, test and handback each component of the platform build to us. 3/ Application Support as a Service We are looking for a partner to provide Tier 2 & 3 support for our customers Applications by way of triaging, break fix and dev works. This support framework will be done in conjunction with our Service Desk who will provide the Tier 1 support. Important to note: · As you can see from the above we are looking for a partner to be a true extension of our company & own all of the delivery of Software services. · We need to ensure English is well spoken by all people on our team & that we have a dedicated Project Manager to manage the project operations, in conjunction with the Engineers doing the work. · We will also need to document and agree the framework & methodology in which we operate (agile is our preference).
